Fine art prints
Limited editions (where specified)
Custom-made artworks

Due to the handmade nature of original artwork and differences in screen settings, slight variations in colour, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website.

Taxes, customs duties, import fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Orders will only enter production or shipping after payment has been successfully received.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

I am not responsible for delays caused by:

customs clearance
postal services
couriers
force majeure
circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Original Artwork

Each original artwork is unique.

Minor variations, natural textures, brushstrokes, and handcrafted characteristics are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

8. Art Prints

Standard prints are produced using professional printing services.

Custom-size or personalized prints are produced specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for cancellation or withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Returns, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Returns & Cancellations Policy and Right of Withdrawal page, which form part of these Terms.

10. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me promptly and provide photographs of the packaging and the item so I can investigate and offer an appropriate solution.

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, illustrations, photographs, logos, website content, and designs remain the intellectual property of Suemi unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

The artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, scanned, modified, used commercially, or resold as reproductions without prior written permission.

12. Limited Licence

Customers receive ownership of the physical artwork only.

No licence is granted to reproduce, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the artwork beyond personal enjoyment unless expressly agreed in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to our place of business unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country provide otherwise.
